平成29年度の海外スポーツ交流2017は9月13日～19日の7日間にわたり、シンガポールで実施しました。現地での活動を通して、シンガポールのスポーツ政策や多民族共生国家の実態など多くを学びました。
また3日間にわたるシンガポール国立大学陸上部との交流を通して、陸上競技の向上という共通目標のもと、言葉の壁を越えてコミュニケーションをとる積極性を身につけることが出来ました。
さらに日系グローバル企業の視察を通して、アジア経済の中心地として発展を続けるシンガポールの強み、海外で働くことの心構えなどを学びました。
他にも協定校での交流活動や市内のフィールドトリップを実施するなかで、異文化を知り受け入れ、多国籍の人と交流する楽しさを見いだせた研修となりました。

Seven students participated in the Singapore sports exchange program, which was held from 13 September to 19 September.
The students learned about sports management systems for supporting the athletes of Singapore.
They also did the Track and Field training with the National University of Singapore (NUS) Track and Field team for three days. They worked very hard to improve their technique and cooperated together.
Through this program, they found enjoyment in learning a different culture and made friends with students of other nationalities.
We really appreciate all who supported them.

①日系企業視察（Panasonic Asia）
シンガポールに統括会社をおくメリットや製造業の仕事について、そして海外で働く苦労や喜びなどの貴重なお話しを聞かせて頂きました。
Visiting Panasonic Asia
They learned not only about the challenges but also the fulfillment of working as an expat employee.
②協定校訪問 ナンヤン・ポリテクニック
フィットネスジムの学生を中心にレクリエーションを実施。共に体を動かすことによって、早く打ち解けることができました。
Visiting Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP)
They joined recreation programs led by NYP students.
③スポーツ施設訪問
国立競技場、スポーツ博物館、スポーツ研究所を訪問しました。スポーツと社会のつながりや、選手のサポート体制など日本とシンガポールの比較をして学びました。
Visiting Stadium、Sports Museum、Singapore Sports Institute
Visiting them was a good opportunity to learn about the history of Singapore's sports record and the current support network for youth athletes.
④シンガポール国立大学陸上部との交流
3日間にわたり双方のトレーニング方法を実践し、交流しました。スポーツを通して新たな友人を作ることができました。
Visiting National University of Singapore
They had an exchange training session with the National University of Singapore (NUS). Over these three days, OIU students tried to communicate using English, and they enjoyed the challenge.
⑤フィールドトリップ
マーライオン公園やリトルインディアなど市内の観光名所をめぐり、多文化共生国家ならではの町並みを散策しました。
Field trip
They enjoyed looking around at the beautiful and multicultural places, such as Chinatown, Little India and Merlion park.
